Cranberry Orange Sauce
- 12 oz bag of fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
- zest of 2 organic oranges
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1 tsp unrefined coconut oil
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer on low stirring occasionally for 30 minutes.
I used leftover cranberry sauce on top of pancakes!
