- 1 full head of cauliflower cored
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Steam the cauliflower for 15 minutes
- Sauté the garlic in coconut oil
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Serve hot on some zucchini noodles with garlic shrimp.
