Southwest Burger Bowl

Ingredients
Patties
- 1/2 lb grass-fed ground beef
- 1/2 minced onion
- 1 free-range organic egg
- 1/2 tbsp chipotle powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
Salad
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce chopped
- 1 to mato diced
- 1 slice of onion
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 carrot shredded
- Avocado sliced for garnish
Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 roasted red pepper chopped
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp chipotle powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
Instructions
Patties
- Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
- Shape into 3 patties.
- Fry in a small pan, flipping occasionally for 10 minutes.
Sauce
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Chop the red pepper and combine it with sea salt, coconut oil, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Roast, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes. Set to the side to cool.
- Combine mayonnaise with red peppers and remaining spices. Do not blend.
- Spoon over salad.
