    Chicken + Green Apple Salad

    • 1 whole roasted chicken carved and chopped
    • 1 English cucumber cut into small cubes
    • 2 green apples peeled and cut into small cubes
    • 1 tsp dried dill weed
    • 1/2 cup mayo
    • 1/4 tsp salt


    • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    • Serve on cucumber slices or just eat it like that.
