Homemade dressing is always better than anything you’ll find at the store. If you haven’t done it yourself yet, this is a very easy one to get you into the habit. This will last in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Creamy Dill Dressing
Equipment
- Blender or food processor
Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat organic canned coconut milk
- 1 tsp unrefined coconut oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped dill
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender for one minute, or until garlic is completely emulsified.
