Grilled Peaches & Banana Nice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches halved and deseeded
- 2 ripe bananas peeled, sliced and frozen
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp coconut palm sugar
Instructions
- Preheat grill to 400F and place peach halves face down on the grill for 15-20 minutes.
- In a food processor or blender, mix frozen banana, coconut and almond milk.
- Scoop into a refrigerated plate.
- Sprinkle coconut sugar over peaches.
- Enjoy!
